Silver Plus Membership – 8 Intermediate Plus Lessons

This program has been designed for the goaltender that is between intermediate and advanced training, ages 11 to 13 or has gone through the Silver Program. Each private lesson focuses on TWO or more Proper GOALtending TEChniques which consist of specific skills to be learned and practiced until Success is achieved. These intermediate plus lessons are taught at a higher tempo then the Silver program and require intensity on the part of the student to ensure Optimal Performance.

Each Lesson Includes

• 300 shots - 200 from instructor, 100 from Boni puck shooter
• 30 min - on-ice instruction with continuous positive feedback
• Over 75 practice drills for skill development; plus “Game Time”

Specific Skills Learned Each Lesson

1. Left pad save into left pad save, and right pad save into right pad save
2. Glove and blocker saves
3. Butterfly and butterfly into paddle down, butterfly into forward dive, butterfly into paddle down stack
4. Butterfly T-push into left and right pad saves
5. Butterfly rebound overdrive push
6. Butterfly slide
7. Screens and deflections
8. Last lesson review, skill level evaluation

“The Art of Goaltending” Instructional DVD

Students will view Proper GOALtending TEChnique prior to each lesson from Goal Tec's "The Art of Goaltending" instructional DVD.

8 Advanced DVD Sessions

Student receives positive feedback and analyses after each on-ice lesson.
